Where Five Neighborhoods Meet
The developer describes the site as the gateway to Edgewater's high-rise district, at the meeting point of Edgewater, the Design District, Wynwood, Midtown and, across the causeway, Miami Beach. It is a two-acre site, large for this part of the city.
Most of Edgewater's new towers line the bay further south. Anantara sits where that run of towers ends, so what lies behind it to the north and west is the Design District and Midtown rather than more condominium towers.
In north Edgewater the exposure matters more than the floor count. The east lines look over open bay toward Miami Beach; the west lines look inland over the Design District and catch the sunset. Pick the view first, then the line, then the floor.
What Each Side of the Tower Faces
Exposures as the developer's September 2026 sheet assigns them to the Resort Residence lines, and as the daytime 360 tours on the homepage show them.
Northeast and East
Open water: Biscayne Bay out to the Julia Tuttle Causeway with Miami Beach on the far shore. Lines 01 and 03.
Southeast and South
Down the bay toward the Venetian Islands and the Downtown skyline, with morning light off the water. Lines 04 and 05.
West and Northwest
Inland over the Design District, facing the sunset, and the quieter side of the tower. Lines 08 and 09.
The Neighborhoods Next Door
Miami Design District
Flagship fashion and design houses, galleries and restaurants, immediately to the north and west. The Nam Jai service list includes personal shopping here.
Midtown and Wynwood
Midtown's shops and restaurants to the west, and the Wynwood arts district beyond it to the southwest.
Miami Beach
East across Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway, the bridge the tower's east lines look over.
Margaret Pace Park
Edgewater's bayfront park to the south, with a waterfront path for running and walking.
Downtown and the Museums
The Perez Art Museum, the Frost Museum of Science and the Adrienne Arsht Center, south along Biscayne Boulevard.
Brickell and the Airport
Brickell's financial district further south, and Miami International Airport to the west by I-95 and SR 112.
